Ready to Wear & Made to Order

​​If your purchase isn't what you expected, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your item by emailing hello@byjenbyrne.com.

Alterations are free of charge for Made to Order pieces - please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item to avail of this service.

I can only accept returns of unworn, unwashed, standard sizing items with the tags still on.

Personalised, worn or damaged items will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

A refund or exchange will be issued within 14 days of the return being received.

The cost of returning the item is to be paid by the customer, unless there is an error with your order. Please use a tracked service to ensure it is returned safely. Lost parcels will not be eligible for a return.

​Returns can be sent to a UK or Irish address depending on where you are. 

Bespoke Pieces

Unfortunately, I cannot offer an exchange or refund for bespoke items (i.e. any items that have been made to your design specifications), however if you are unhappy please get in touch and I will do my best to help resolve any issues.
