If your purchase isn't what you expected, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your item by emailing hello@byjenbyrne.com. I can only accept returns of unworn, unwashed, standard sizing items with the tags still on. Personalised, worn or damaged items will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

A refund or exchange will be issued within 14 days of the return being received. The cost of returning the item is to be paid by the customer, unless there is an error with your order. Please use a tracked service to ensure it is returned safely. Lost parcels will not be eligible for a return.

Returns can be sent to a UK or Irish address depending on where you are.

Alterations are free of charge for Made to Order pieces - please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item to avail of this service.
