As I make each piece myself, your order means so much to me!

I really want you to love your purchase as much as I've loved making it so I would ask that you

please read all measurements and descriptions carefully before ordering.

 

I can help guide you with how to take your measurements so that your piece fits perfectly.

Remade & Made to Order

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your item by emailing byjenbyrne@gmail.com.

 

Alterations are free of charge for Made to Order pieces - please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item to avail of this service.

I can only accept an exchange or return of unworn, unwashed, standard sizing items with the tags still on.

Worn or damaged items will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

An exchange or refund will be issued within 14 days of the return being received.

The cost of returning the item is to be paid by the customer. Please use a tracked service to ensure it is returned safely. Lost parcels will not be eligible for a return.

​Returns can be sent to a UK or Irish address depending on where you are. 

Custom Measurements

Unfortunately, I cannot offer an exchange or refund for items made to custom measurements or personalised

items (e.g. length etc), however if you are unhappy please get in touch and I will do my best to help you!
